Husband and I spent a weekend at Withyland Heights and found it to be a warm, welcoming place to stay with beautiful views. The room double room was large and very comfortable which was very welcoming as we woke up to snow and biting winds on the Saturday morning. Katrina and her husband, Tim, were very helpful and considerate hosts... More

So glad you enjoyed your stay - only sorry I couldn't have ordered some warmer weather for you! Hope you enjoyed the fruits of your labours - the 3 course meal cooked at Hart's Barn. It certainly looked very nice :) More

My wife, newborn baby and I stayed at Withyland Heights at the end of my paternity leave just before I went back to work. The room was a good size for the three of us and extremely comfortable. Katrina was very welcoming and the homemade scones awaiting us in the room on arrival were a particularly lovely touch. In the... More

Thank you for your glowing review Jonathan! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and found it relaxing. Alastair holds the record for being our youngest guest yet - 13 days old will take a bit of beating. Hope to see you all again one day. Kind regards, Katrina. More

Just spent one night at Withyland Heights and it truly was wonderful, the house, the room, the fantastic views, the hearty breakfast and Katrina's warmth all made for an unforgetable visit. If you are visiting this part of the country Withyland Heights should be first on your list.

Just back from a few days in the Forest of Dean and stayed at Withyland Heights B & B. It is most comfortable, very welcoming hosts and an excellent breakfast. The surrounding on the farm are great with views over May Hill. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

September 26 2011, my wife's birthday. My birthday treat was a visit to the Three Choirs Winery. My wife's was a visit to the Newent Birdy place. Withyland Heights B&B? Excellent in every way which added to our enjoyment of our two birthday treats!. We thoroughly recommend Withyland Heights. Wendie and Jay.

We stayed at Withyland Heights on the last Bank Holiday weekend for two nights. At the time we booked there were no reviews on Trip Advisor but having visited and now read the reviews we can only agree with all the positive comments. The reason for our stay was to visit the Three Choirs Vinyard. This was well worthwhile and... More

My partner and I had a super 2 night stay as we were attending a wedding nearby in Redmarley d'Abitot. I would echo everything mentioned already about the owners who could not do enough for us. They even helped us sort cabs to and from the wedding and when we arrived kindly left us a note informing us of the... More

I'm very late with my review of Withyland Heights because I did not know that TripAdvisor existed. I stayed at Withyland for 11 days and I was in heaven. Situated in simply stunning English countryside, Withyland Heights is a comfortable and well-run B&B. It’s part of a working Friesian dairy farm located on the Herefordshire / Gloucestershire border. It’s close to the Forest of Dean and overlooks the beautiful May Hill, one of the highest points in the area. It’s excellent walking country and with no streetlights for miles... More
