We stayed here for one night whilst visiting relatives in Grimsby. The staff were excellent from booking in to leaving the hotel, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We've stayed here for a weekend whilst racing at Cadwell Park, we arrived late after 9pm but they layed a hot meal on for us. We were made to feel most welcome and the staff were helpful and polite.We will definitely by staying there again. more

Used the hotel in the Louth area, due to the fact that there is no Travel Inn to hand. My colleagues were very impressed by the hotel and I will use it again if we have further business in the area. The booking system was easy and there were no problems whatsover during our stay at the hotel. more
