Stopped off at the Gairloch Hotel once again while on a bike tour of the West Coast. Owner give you a really friendly warm welcome. I booked this hotel because we stayed at the Old Inn last year and it belongs to the same owner. I booked for 18 people and we were treated very well. The food is good and the breakfast is good too. This establishment has recently been taken over by the owners of the Inn down the hill. Very welcoming staff and a quite efficeient breakfast team but the rooms are very outdated in appearance. No doubt this is something the new owners will rectify but it looks like they need to be completely refurbished so may take some time. more

Owned by the same people as The Old Inn (just 500 yards away), the Gairloch Highland Lodge is set above the road as you enter Gairloch from the south.
