I booked this weekend on previously amazing reviews, and the proximity to our location for our weekends entertainment. I appreciate everyone else's views, but I can only comment on our experience on our stay. We arrived on a wet and windy afternoon, and it appeared the door bell didn't work, as we had to resort to gesturing through the window... more

Duncan House have got it just right. The owners were there when we needed them - providing a plaster, set of cufflinks and lovely breakfast, but we also had privacy. The breakfast was delicious - scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and as much coffee and toast as we wanted. There are lovely views from most of the rooms. I also liked... more

First of all, the guests were charming, inviting us to share a afternoon drink upon our arrival, caring about all those little attentions that make you feel at home... or like you've been invited by... more

Stayed with Jeff and Kate at Duncan House, along with friends for a couple of nights in July 2009 whilst in Kelso at a motorcycle show. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - very friendly, rooms amazing and breakfast - out of this world! more
