I was very disappointed as our room had not met the vacuum cleaner in a very long time. Wife spent a weekend abstaining from wearing lenses so not to have to face the filth. We were hoping to have a good time, but we really could not enjoy our stay. Not recommended at all. More

Nice quiet bed and breakfast. Wonderful views and scenery. The best part of the stay there however were the hosts Howard and Sallie. They knew everything about the area and what there was to see and do and were very helpful in planning our day for us. Not much nightlife but very relaxing and beautiful area to visit. More

This was one of the cheapest, but also the best, places we stayed during our trip. The owners were lovely, extremely helpful and gave us great advice on what to see in the local area. Breakfasts were amazing, I was especially impressed that they did proper vegetarian breakfasts too. Our room was lovely and clean and overlooked the water. More

A great place to stay in a wonderful location just outside Leverburgh. Very comfy rooms, excellent friendly service and it felt just like staying in a house of your own instead of a B&B. Carminish House was one of the best places for hospitality during our Scotland Holidays this year.
