We had dinner in Scarista house tonight and the whole experience was fantastic, the staff are amazing, especially George who looked after us from start to finish. I can't fathom what there is to quibble with at this truly 5* small hotel. Scotland is blessed with some amazing small house-hotels both in the Islands and mainland; likes of Cromlix House near Dunblane or Roman Camp nr Callander for example.
