We had all 3 tipi's booked for 25 of us to celebrate a Birthday. We had this booked for 3 months and paid a £100 deposit. We had spent time, money and effort planning our stay, getting fancy dress costumes and planning our transport.
However when we turned up after a 5 hour drive there was somebody already in the Tipi's and it turns out that they had double booked, despite having contact with the campsite a number of times before we arrived.
It was too late to find somewhere to accommodate 25 people so it was a wasted weekend.
Unprofessional, badly run site and a huge disppointment.
