Very unfriendly, unprofessional, room was ok, obviously never heard of standard of service, unless you are local. Great place to stay. Room is spotlessly clean and looked like it had recently been refurbished. Staff friendly, great location in heart of town. Exterior wood work was being painted whilst I was there although it wasn't bad anyway, showing a pride and willingness to upkeep the hotel. We stayed for one night and thought the room was lovely...........great shower and plenty of complimentary goodies. tryed to contact owner 4 times, got the cook first time & no answer twice, when i did get the 'lady of the manor' the stay if you want to attitude was enough to put me off, it seems she spends most of the time in the bar, more of a pub that a hotel. beware! More
