The owners, Gaye and Jeff, were very friendly. The (3) rooms are lovely, very clean and have all modern bath fittings. The food was absolutely excellent, the poached fruit were just great. The B&B is a way out of Fishguard so a car is essential but is peaceful with a lovely garden. more

Had such a good time at Cefn y Dre, just above Fishguard. We stopped over on our way over to Ireland and by breakfast had booked in for the return trip. Gaye and Jeff are excellent hosts. Cefn y Dre exceeded expectations - it was like staying in a country house hotel! Well recommended. more

We stayed there for the long bank holiday weekend, and can only recommend it. If you are in car, it is a perfect spot, from where you can travel around most of Pemroke. The area is good for long walks, and the owners are very helpfull with maps, and suggestions for tours around in the area. more

First time stayed in this large Georgian house. Gorgeous rooms. Amazingly peaceful spot. Great location within easy reach of beaches, towns and coastline of Pembroke. Owners were very welcoming (and brought us tea and cake on arrival!). Secure cycle parking was available in their garage. more

You cannot fail to enjoy yourself at Cefn-y-Dre! Geoff and Gaye have lovingly renovated this charming old farmhouse (dating back to 1512!) in the countryside just a mile or so from Fishguard town and the house and gorgeous grounds make for a perfect rural escape. Just back from an excellent weekend stay at Cefyn-y Dre B&B.
