Under the new management of a very friendly couple this is a lovely B&B, full of character with spacious rooms, elegantly furnished. The hotel is charming with cosy but surprisingly large bedrooms. The food is excellent and the garden is perfect for enjoying the views over the water. It is probably better suited to a romantic break than a family holiday but there are plenty of things for children to do in the area too. more

Perfect place at the perfect time. I was on my way via train from Cardiff to Ireland via the ferry at Fishguard (Abergwaun). The weather was terrible; cold,intense wind, rain, etc. and to make matters far worse, the train was delayed for a couple hours due to a suicide on the train tracks.
