Location: drive out of the ferry port, at the main roundabout drive straight ahead, do not turn left on the main road out of town. The Ferryboat Inn is signposted. Its about 800m on the right with outside parking. Access: I arrived at 12.45 am, the house sent me a text with the access code on the day of arrival.... more

The guest house we were staying in didn't provide evening meals so we took a recommendation to try the Ferryboat Inn (also a B & B). We got a warm welcome even though we were not staying there and I have to say the meal we had was amazing ! Everything was homemade even down to the bread rolls !... more

I stayed here with my spouse for two nights over a weekend. The inn is located in Goodwick, the neighbouring town/village to Fishguard itself - which is about a 15 minute walk away. The rooms have been recently redecorated as has the restaurant/breakfast room, both of which are in very good order. Bedrooms are compact but very comfortable. Breakfast was... more

Rooms are tastefully decorated in modern colours, with flat screen Tv's - all mod cons. There is a snug little bar with local ales & spirits. Dinner was tasty with local produce... more

A small friendly hotel very close to ferry terminal, cosy comfortable room with flowering window boxes. Bathroom adequate but only a shower - no bath. There is a small bar,and dining room but we didn't have dinner. Breakfast was fine. Very convenient for crossing to Rosslare, Ireland. more

We went to the Ferry Boats resturant in July for a Birthday dinner and a silver wedding anniversary. The resturant has obviously recently been refurbished and has been done to a reasonable standard. We started our dinner with drinks at the bar, the bar is well stocked with welsh beers, vodka's wiskeys etc which in general were good (the beer... more

Stayed here for one night prior to catching the ferry to ireland - lovely rooms, if a little on the compact side, but newly furnished and decorated. We two rooms at the end of the corridor which could be closed off to function as a family room. Very pleasant meal in the restaurant at very reasonable prices, and a good... more
