We had a lovely time at Ardwyn House, myself, my husband and 2 children. The room was very comfortable and the owners looked after us really well. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the family feel to the place. The breakfasts were fantastic and we really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and great local places to both walk to and visit... more

We booked to stay at Ardwyn House for the 'Real Ale Ramble' and were not disappointed. The house is furnished entirely by stunning art nouveau furniture and feels cosy yet stylish. Roger and Katie have an obvious talent for hospitality and put us at ease from the moment we arrived, ushering us into the library room complete with pool table... more

Stayed for 2 nights with Roger & Katie in their Edwardian Villa. The room was a good size with a large comfy bed and a huge bathroom with roll-top bath. On our arrival we were greeted by Roger who asked whether tea & scones would be in order; what a silly question! These were served by Katie together with 5... more

Stayed here last weekend and it was great. Katie and Roger welcomed me with tea and homemade cake in a spectacular art deco (i think!) house. The rooms are spotless and very grand. There are some great walks from the property and Roger has plenty of suggestions. I even borrowed thier dog! I have stayed in a couple of B&Bs... more

We've stayed in Llanwrtyd Wells before so knew the area well. This B&B is just off the main road but not too far to walk in to the town. Katie and Roger are excellent hosts and provided afternoon tea and Bara Brith when we arrived. Of the three guest rooms, one has a shower so we opted for it (the... more

Have stayed here twice under two different owners and each time been absolutely marvellous. Last time was extremely good, breakast consisted of fruit, cereals, yoghurt to start & then cooked along with all tea or coffee you could drink. Beds were so comfortable. Views from all bedrooms great, was also two big comfy chairs in room as well. Tea and... more

Our stay was for just one night but we were made to feel like part of the family. The reason we booked this guest house was the art nouveau style rooms that looked so nice on the website, and we were not disappointed. The guest house is just a few minutes walk from the center of the village which has... more

Our third stay at Ardwyn House and it just gets better every time. The new owners have carried on from where the previous owners left off and still managed to improve on what we already considered as amongst the best 'small and friendly' accommodation we have stayed in. The warm and sincere welcome and hospitality second to none. Facilities fantastic.... more

Second time of visiting, lived up to our first trip last year. The new owners, Roger & Katie couldn't do enough to make us welcome, just like visiting friends. Marvellous breakfasts, great unique rooms and home-made cakes!! It would be very difficult to find a better place to stay. more
