Glan Y Dwr is a very nice place to locate for a tour around southern Wales. The beautiful mountains offer hiking and driving scenery. The coal mining region is just to the south. We stayed here during the Crickhowell walking festival in March. Cannot fault it in any way . The room was exceptionally comfortable, the breakfasts superb, and the hospitality offered by Julian and Alison was second to none. Can only echo the rave reviews of other posters.
