If you like authenticity, privacy, lifestyle - this is a perfect place. Simple, clean , pleasant, with artistic, strong character. We have a very warm memories about the stay. Good location for trecking in EL Chalten, in a quite enough area for good recovery!

Front desk staff (Roxana and Ingrid) were *incredible*. Provided 5-star hotel concierge-level service on everything from hikes to restaurants and anything else relevant. Main room where breakfast is also served, with huge fireplace and couches is a great place to hang out. The staff were genuinely helpful in planning hikes, finding restaurants, etc. When we left a wallet at a restaurant, they were very empathetic and went above and beyond calling to look for it. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a great bed.

We really enjoyed our visit to Hotel Lunajuim. They came to meet us from the bus station and returned us there at the end of our trip which was a great help with the luggage.
