I have stayed at many JW's, usually they are very good properties. The fisrt night I lay down on the bed it felt old, too soft - thin mattress. I requested a change of mattress and instaed they put two doors (yes two doors) between the mattress and the box spring to make it more firm but did not work.... more

The Staff of JW Marriott Caracas was terrible. You have to pay $20 for parking daily. The room service was Okay but they take a lot of time. I was in Caracas for business but my stay in the hotel was a pleasure. This hotel was an excellent choice to stay in Caracas. The room was confortable and clean and the amenities were excellent. Also the gym is good for relaxation and the food in the restaurant is delicious. I highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel more
