I stayed at Hotel Tampa in january 2008 while "exploring" the north-eastern part of south america. The hotel was probably the most expensive I took in the whole 2 months journey, but if you have ever been in Caracas you'd easily understand how "unhealthy" stayin at any Caracas' cheap rathole hostel can be, so -in hindsight- I'm very happy about those few extra dollars that guaranteed me a safe and comfy stay.

Anyway: rooms maybe a bit modest for their price; service pretty good; excellent location. more
