Rooms and establishment nice, once you get passed the customer service. If your reservations are not canceled, misplaced, changed or over charged you will be fine. Terrible, disorganized, unprofessional people skills. Won't be staying there or recommending the Cranbury Inn again for those reasons alone. more

This is the best hotel in Jacksonville.
