Booked an excursion that would leave at 8 am. When trying to get out at 7:15am or so to get breakfast it turned out we were locked inside. Notifications at the frontdesk that breakfast would be available from 7 am to 9.30am probably were from better times I now assume. When around 8 someone came to release us the comment was:"But you didn't tell me that you wanted to leave really early".
Hot water available on request (some machine must be turned on?!?!), coming back to the hotel in the afternoon everything is locked down again and you need to ring the bell to be let in. more
