There are 8 cabanas here and it is a family run operation with the husband, wife and two kids pitching in. Everything was extremely clean. The maid (daughter?) did a very thorough job every day. The cabanas are located about 100 yards as the crow flies from the church which was visible from our patio. The property was offset from the road though which was good.
There is no restaurant on the property, but the cabanas had their own kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc.
The landscaping was lush and the owner was kind enough to offer my girlfriend an umbrella when he saw she would not wear the poncho I brought for her.
The only issue was getting a good volume of hot water from the shower. If you were patient though, it always came around.
Rate was 250,000 bolivars per day for a cabana for two. That equates to a little more than $100 US per day at official exchange rates or just more than $50 US at black market exchange rates.
