Check in was quick, efficent and courteous. We had deluxe rooms on the 4th floor, overlooking the Kenyatta Grounds, and to the left, Lake Victoria. Spent a memorable 5 days at the hotel.Not european/tourist 5 star but excellent in every way and not tourist prices.
