We booked through Monarch.co.uk & originally booked 7 nights all inclusive at their sister hotel (Neptune Beach hotel in Bamburi). Before our May 2009 departure we were emailed about our original hotel still undergoing renovations and we were moved to the Sentido Neptune Palm Beach hotel. At first hesitant & on the verge of requesting a refund from Monarch, we're... more

The hotel is worth its money - nice and clean rooms, good and friendly service, nice surrounding. The animation group helps to spend your time in wonderful atmosphere. Wonderful David, DJ and Johns. Thanks to you my holidays were colourful and full of memories. Food maybe not so rich as in other hotels of this class but tasty and well... more

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for two weeks. The first week was fab as the hotel was empty so service was pretty speedy. The hotel filled up towards the second week so service did slow down but I guess that is to be expected. Overall I loved the hotel, it was like something out of a dream,... more

We stayed in the Paradise Village resort for 2 weeks in August, 3 adults and 3 children from 7 to 14. It was absolutely beautiful, an amazing experience and great value for money. We travelled with Monarch, which was far cheaper than Virgin for the same hotel and much the same flight if a bit less upmarket (which, let's face... more

I went to this Hotel for my honeymoon and it was our first visit to Kenya. The hotel was perfect - great location and the room we had was huge. The room was always spotlessly clean, the maid cleaned everyday and changed towels every day too, she also left flowers on the bed which was a lovely touch. We got... more

The staff are great - very friendly and helpful. The food is also good, but could be a bit more varied. The hotel isn’t the best value for money though. The Palm Beach shares all its facilities with the adjacent sister hotel the Paradise Village and the while we were there the food was also the same, so other than... more

SaraLou78 has said most of it below! Just back from 2 weeks with Cosmos/Monarch. Having read a few moans on here I would add: FLIGHTS – Monarch plane is fine, more comfy than Virgin to Hong Kong, plenty space in ordinary economy. No seat back screens so everyone watches the same thing on old TVs built into the ceiling. So... more

We travelled in July 2009 and after reading some reviews on here were a bit confused as to what to expect. We were absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our holiday and would recommend the hotel 110%. Travel to Kenya: We travelled on Monarch after booking with Thomas Cook. We upgraded to Premier and are glad we did just for... more
