Was in Gisenyi for a vacation in the company of my boyfriend. Trust you the hotel makes a holiday worth it from cleanliness, to quick services, amazing extra curricular activities. For instance I want the crazy boat rides I had they were so much fan, from the hotel's management. Kudos Serena group of companies!

What a great stay!!! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were impressed with how attentive the staff were, and even more so with the kids. Nice peaceful grounds on the lake front. Great holiday spot. The suites have huge balconies with great views, awesome spot to watch the sunset! Looking forward to going back!
