A shame this place was so far, on a bumpy dusty road, from Moshi as we tended just to hang around here rather than go exploring except for the forest walk we did with U Pemba to see the monkeys & local life (well worth the asking price of US$15). Springlands is a nice hotel with a nice and very calm garden surrounding. We stayd for 2 days and injuid the professionel service by the staff and the manager. If sometime we will decide to visit Mohsi in Tanzania we will for sure use Springlands Hotel. more

We had three different rooms throughout the hotel and not one of us had a good nights sleep. Noise from staff, other guests, buses turning and security staff created havoc. They ran out of food at every meal and staff were offhand and unhelpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
