Very, very nice place. Charming management. Rooms (hard construction) very clean, nice restaurant with genets waiting for a piece of food (and to be takne on picture). While we were at Ndutu in April, the wildebeest migration was in full swing all around us. Ndutu Lodge overall is a nice place to stay but there are some disappointments with the rooms. The rooms are laid out along a path in blocks, some are 3 rooms in a block, others are 2 & some are single stand alone rooms. The individual rooms appear to be all the same. Although Ndutu Lodge isn't as plush and fancy as some of the other safari lodges, what it lacks in luxury it more than makes up for in quality food. Beautiful place and location, very friendly staff, nice and interesting manager. Would recommend 100%. We were then end of Nov 2008, saw plenty of wildebeest, zebras and birds. We had to drive to inside the Serengeti park to see cheetahs. Loved it. more

Loved it here. Room was great, shower even better. So good to be able to sit outside our room looking out over the lake, watching the Fisher's Lovebirds as the sun set through the trees.
