“Surprisingly good!”

I stayed here twice, 3-4 days each for business trips. I would say, the hotel service and room condition are nice, far beyond my expectations, for its relatively less price. Maybe be not to good for family with kids, as there's no much space for children to play in the hotel.

A very clean hotel with very friendly staffs. Located at the heart of Pontianak makes it easy to go around. Lobby is on the 3rd Floor with a garden terrace. The public areas and all the hotel in house outlets are smoke free zone. Breakfast buffet spread with great choice of local and international cuisine. It tasted good as well.... More

We booked three rooms at the Santika Hotel through the online site and stayed for two nights. The service is amazingly friendly and rooms are very clean. you even get the morning newspaper early morning in your door cleanly wrapped in plastic, nice touch...
