Westwood Cross Travel Lodge, Ramsgate: I paid £61 for a family room, £50 rm £10 to book in at 12 instead of 3pm + £1 insur. I took my daughter & grandaughter, we were looking forward to shopping, seeing family & friends. On arrival no one at reception, we pressed bell a few times & waited. Woman came, she was a cleaner, she said sorry for delay but there was only 2 staff on to clean 40 odd rooms, I didnt like the sound of that, (so how clean were the rooms ) got our room ,ground floor looking over massive car park for cinema, shops etc, not a prob , room very basic,cold like basic, no nets or curtains, only a roller blind at the window & if you wanted privacy it had to stay down all the time.It was like being in a gold fish bowl, but it was only to sleep in.
