We spent 4 nights at Tharabar Gate, a quiet and stylish hotel close to the historic center. The staff was friendly, attentive and the food was great. They even had some swiss dishes on the Menu! We enjoyed the pool and our spacious and quiet room with AC. We would definitely come back! more

The Hotel @ Tharbar Gate has lovely, clean rooms that are very nicely decorated, a nice atmosphere and a great breakfast buffet. Everywhere in Myanmar, wiith hotels this standard, you get breakfast served in your room for free... here's its $3... and what the green tea is not even drinkable.
