The hotel is located right in the heart of the city so it is a good location. But, when we would go out on the 2 ft wide balcony we could see cat sized rats scury around the parking lot. The smell of septic tank can be smelled from anywhere in the hotel. One night, they cleaned it out, but the next time somebody flushed the toilet, the smell came back. I also saw a tarantula one morning climbing up the wall. However, the room was relatively large.
