The island and resort were quiet as we were low season, however we were well looked after. Selected this place after looking at many others, this is by far the best place and rigt on a greay beach. Staff were friendly and helpfull.
Only drawback was the abundance of mosquitoes, which applies to most of Thailand during the rainy season.

4-5 star for 44 USD a night, best deal (price for what you get) I have had in over 7 years of traveling !!!

Yes, I know, there are lots of places cheaper in Thailand, but I challenge you to find place:

- On Beach
- Individual brand new bungalows with AC and cool design
- High end Linens
- Bath Robes
- Fridges in every room
- Free wireless internet
- Sat TV
- Scuba, fishing and other adventure stuff on tap
- And a restaurant with quality Thai, Mexican, Italian, Russian, etc Food

Here is the deal as far as i got, owner of this place has stayed in many places in many parts of the world and is a cook/bartender extraordinaire. He married a Thai women and taken what he learned in his travels and did it right.

Currently Book direct and its 1500 baht a night for the very best room, i think 1000 for normal.

Very Kid friendly place too. more
