The hotel is new, clean, and first world! This is much better in quality and price than other hotel brands in area. The front desk staff and housekeeping were attentive and helpful. There are department stores and restaurants nearby.

I travel a lot and tend to complain about the hotels. I finally signed up for tripadvisor just so i could share how much i liked this hotel. It was clean, new, lovely, comfortable, great tortilla soup, wonderful friendly but not fake-friendly service (they even helped me jump my car in the morning). Great buffet breakfast too.

I stayed one night in transit from san cristobal de las casas. I made my reservation and paid online on hotels . com .. when i arrived they said on reception my reservation wasn't paid which it was. They made me call the website from my cell phone (call that costed me a decent amount of money for roaming charges).... More
