We had a condo that catered for 8. There were two bathrooms (one of the showers didn't drain properly). There were ants in the kitchen area. The condo was reasonably clean though.

I stayed at these condos for a week-long training I attended with about 30 other people. it is located right at the beginning of town, a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants.
The condos are nice, really big with full kitchens, TVs, fast high-speed wireless internet and lots of space.

Cabarete is noisy. We walked in Albatros and immediately we felt it was quiet. It is close to everything in Cabarete. No need for a car.
