This hotel has been renamed to Villa Mar same owner, Sabine Almonte, but is now operated without Winston. It is still inexpensive and it is always possible to have Dominicans in the hotel. Same price for 1 or 4 or 6 in the same room. It is close to the beach and is still close to the local life in Charamicos. Charmicos is still a sleepy little town with no real night life. Worth the money as an upscale local hotel.
