I don't have much to say about this hotel. We came to town and were just looking for somewhere to stay. Our GPS told us that it was the only hotel in town. We pulled up and sat in the parking lot looking for a closer town with a nicer hotel. I didn't want to stay but I said, "one night, won't be so bad!" SO, he sees this sign for lakeside inn...it reminded me of that motel in Psycho!!! It was nasty...we got two rooms...one for me, my sister, and cousin...and one for my mom and dad. My mom went to turn on the light, and the lamp shade fell down and hit her on the head. The carpet was a gag-inducing shade of orangish-brown. The rooms were so gross and i kept waiting for someone from the texas chainsaw... more
