Poor customer service. Front desk service receptionist had terrible attitude, no supervisors for front desk or kitchen staff for complaints. Rooms were not cleaned properly, bathrooms were not cleaned, stains and mildew in tub, had to wait for continental breakfast not served on time(6:00am-9:00am), maintenance of hotel was poor. more

The rooms are so large, it almost seemed like 2 regular hotel rooms, loved the breakfast, the waffle bar is great and the made to order omelettes were a hit with my husband. While we would like to see new carpet it was okay, especially the price! more
