I was just passing thru and wanted someplace cheap to sleep for the night. The price was good and I did get a good nights sleep, but the room was not clean by any means. The place offers weekly and monthly rentals and some of the units are quite run down and not maintained well. It took 30 minutes to... More

Roaches, the place was on fire, lot of loud music, i ask for a roll of bathroom tissue and the owner flat out told me no!!! I had not ask for anything since i had been here she was very rude and nasty. Then had the nerve to tell me she was going to mark it on her list to... More

I had to clean the room before we could stay in it. The price is good but the room was horrible. When we got home I had to wash everything we took with us even if we did not wear it. Everything smelled of smoke when we got home. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy it was... More

My family booked & paid for two nights of my stay while I was visiting for Independence day. I stepped in and stepped right out. It was full of bugs, some dead some not, smelled bad, dirty, just HORENDOUS. I'm so glad I had reservations on standby for Holiday Inn. I was able to get back 1 day of pre-payment.... More

I booked this motel as a scheduled stop on a lengthy roadtrip. I made the mistake of booking by price, rather than looking for reviews. We expected to arrive around 10 pm, but were delayed. I tried to call the motel for hours and kept getting recorded messages. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, the person at... More

We checked in with a fairly nice man at the desk. But our experience was awful! Mattress was nothing more than cloth-covered springs, carpet filthy, run down, peeling paint, barely working shower (and nasty-looking tub). Woken up by phone ringing the next morning, then by police banging on doors the next morning (5:30 on a Saturday). Had paid three nights... More

Date: October 20, 2006 Reviewer: Frequent Traveler We arrived early that morning from Texas, expecting to have a nice bath and relax from a long drive. Upon entering the Inn, it all seem well. But once we got our room assigned to us and enter, the smell hit us right in the face. It not only smelled, the carpet was... More

My husband and I have been going to this particular Inn (I surely would not call it Best!) for over 10 years, but we won't be going there anymore! The room didn't smell clean-it stunk (ugh!!), the breakfast-no fresh fruit (canned stuff), the carpet looked very dirty and stained, the cost of the room has gone way up, we used... More

Friendly Staff, service on time, cheaper than any other hotels.I can certainly go back in this place and recommend to my other friends here in case they visited Pine Bluff.

I have stayed here 4 different times for a total of 5-1/2 weeks, and I have enjoyed my stay every time. I worked nights at the paper mill and it was really quiet during the day when I was trying to sleep. Housekeeping even gave special treatment and cleaned my room after I woke up at 5PM. Not many motels... More
