Hotel Kalemi was my favorite hotel in Albania. It is a tastefully renovated Ottoman house and has true character. The owner and his family are very friendly. The Hotel Kalemi is in a beautiful location in Gjirokastra. The views over the city from the upper floors are truly spectacular.
