Very far from the ski zone and city center. Outskirts under construction, no decent road for 500 m, The view is directly to the zone under construction. No hot water on the New Year's Eve and the following day. The half board restaurant is not prepared for a large number of guests. Large rooms, nice reception staff, nice spa center,... more

The hotel is newly constructed, in function as of May 09. Spa and pool facilities are great, rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly. They need to work on the outskirts - it's all under construction. The hotel is quite far from the city centre, about 5 minutes driving. more

This hotel was wonderful on just about every dimension. An example of a good quality 5 star hotel in the heart of Bansko. Decor from the lobby to the sitting rooms and bar were incredibly high end in a mix of ultra chic Modern and classic. The rooms were elegant, clean stylish, very spacious with luxurious furniture.
