I recently stayed at Perun with my boyfriend. I found that it was very well located not far from the Gondola unfortunetly it is surrounded by building sites roads full of potholes and unfinished footways. The facilities in the hotel are very good but I found the service lacking depending on who you spoke to on any given day. Unfortunetly... more

The hotel is conviently located approx 10mins walk away from the main gondola station which takes you up into the mountains. It is a shame that it does seem to be located in the middle of a building site-there are unfinished buildings around it-that said it isn t the fault of the hotel! Service was fantastic on all levels-we found... more

I travelled to Bansko with my boyfriend at the end of January for a 1week stay at the Perun hotel. Bansko slopes were awsome, well maintained and enough choice and variety for the lesser experienced snowboarder. The town of Bansko is a bit weird, its a little mini Britain with "Duner Kebaps" being served everywhere, English pubs and burger stands... more

We have just returned from a weeks stay (11.01-18.01.09) in Bansko. We stayed at the Hotel Perun, half board and had pre purchased the 6 day ski package – ski/boot hire, lift pass and 6x4hr lessons. The exchange rate was 2lev to the pound. The Hotel Perun, our second stay at this Hotel, was very good. The staff are friendly... more

We went to this hotel for Christmas and were pleasantly surprised after reading some earlier reviews before we went. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms can be quite cold when the hotel is not full as for some strange reason they have the radiator positioned on the glass window behind the curtains. However, if you let reception know... more

Being a frequent visitor to Bansko, the Perun Hehena has always been one of my favourite restaurants. Unfortunately this is now not so. Eight of use booked for one evening. Arrived at 7.30pm. By 8.20 we had still not received all our starters. Two of them were not even as advertised in the uninspiring menu. The main courses were prematurely... more

We have just spent a week Skiing in Bansko and stayed at this Hotel. We were a bit concerned after reading previous reviews but have to say that on arrival we were dealt with promptly by helpful staff, the rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with clean towels and bath robes daily. The breakfast and dinner buffet had plenty of... more

It was better than I had expected. Staff was friendly, food was nice and various. I would recommend to anyone go there and check it. Before I chose Hotel Perun I checked all the reviews about it but at the end of the day it occurred to be a really nice place to spend a couple of days. more

Just had a couple of days skiing in Bansko and stayed at this hotel, Hotel is OK really and only a short walk to the gondola, rooms basic but not bad and the food was much better then i was led to believe although it was cold sometimes. I had to wait little bit longer to check-in, but I was... more
