Whislt food is as described, its as I was expecting for a ski holiday. Rooms comfortable (though too warm for me) with fresh towels, robes etc and good standard of cleanliness. Staff generally friendly and polite if treated in the same way. I would have no hesitation in staying here again!

Nice size rooms, also clean with cable TV. Located at old center of Bansko but far from ski center. You can't depend on having proper meal at the restaurant since they offer fairly poor food. I would not recommend this hotel to families with young children.
