We Stayed here 2/3/13 for one week. As we are not winter sports people and were only visiting our son we made use of the spa facilities. Couldnt fault anything about this hotel, we had a junior suite with balcony looking up the mountain. Food, cleanliness and staff all first class.

The MPM Guiness is a great place to stay in Bansko quite a few of the hotels are a long walk from the gondola but this is just a short stroll away but they run a shuttle bus if you have had had a really hard day on the slopes. The hotel is very nice I would say more 4*... More

For the price paid it was a decent hotel, if we had wanted luxury we wouldnt have gone to Bansko. Clean hotel, rooms were clean apart from a few stains on the carpet but as people are always taking ski's / snowboards up to their rooms its to be expected. Visited in Feb 2013, the swimming pool was hot and inviting. The biggest change to the place were the staff, they really have managed to get on top of everything.
