Hi there, I have visited last month (again) with my friends and family and all of us are very pleased with the accommodation, food and facilities of the hotel. The staff was friendly and they ensured that we enjoy our stay and come back again next year (or why not during the summer jazz fest)!!

Just spent a week there! The food was excellent and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would defintenely recommend the hotel to everyone who's looking for the best location and most amazing views in Bansko!

Hotel is dated! If u want a a gd nites sleep forget as beds r uncomfortable and the walls r paper thin. Hot water is luxury around 6-7pm! The rooms have old furniture, you hear every noise in the surrounding rooms, poor internet connection, bad food, in the swimming pool area is very cold, basically you cannot use it. At the window of my room the hotel personnel was bringing and depositing wood. The noise was very loud and woke me up several times.
