This was our third trip to Petra and our first stay at the Marriott in town. Previously, we’ve stayed at the Movenpick and had a terrific stay, but they were overbooked, so we had to look elsewhere. Say what you will about the price of the Movenpick- the service and food, when compared to the Marriott make them a clear... more

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here and the Hotel had great views. The staff was helpful and we used their complimentary shuttle to Petra. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food was good, but not great. We would stay here again. more

We ordered room service and... more

Very nice and cosy hotel, very friendly staff, great pool area. It feels like a small hotel, which is perfect for this area of the country. Petra is wonderful, definitely go there! more

We had the worst experience at this hotel - particularly given we were paying 5 star prices. No one person helped carry my suitcase up the stairs. The staff at front office was very rude and no one speak English. Especially the front desk manager was very rude and he made us feel very uncomfortably with his insistence glance (looked... more

About a 10 min. drive from the parking lot to the trail to Petra. Large groups do stay here so at times the service can be slow. more
