I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms are clean. You can view the canyon from the pool, it is absolutely fantastic especially in the morning. The hotel is built in such a way that the elevator descends from the reception to the rooms. Staff is very friendly more

Well, after reading all the reviews for the Wadi Musa hotels, my wife and I were completely dispondant! All the ones in our price range had pretty lousy reviews so after lots of soul searching, we decided on the Panorama. This was for no other reason than we stayed there 10 years ago and thought it was better the devil... more

Our view was of the pool. The carpet still had nail clippings on the floor, carpet was away from the wall, electrical points had unsafe connections (had been modified with bare wires showing) and bathroom had lots of mold. Restaurant fine and front of hotel clean giving a different impression on first arrivng. Staff were slow to respond to help.... more

Staff at check in were helpful and friendly. Service staff in mass feeding area (restaurant) were friendly and attentive. Food was fine for tourist quality. Rooms were clean. Shower worked once you figured out how to make it work. Problem with this hotel: cascades down the mountainside so it takes two elevators and some long walks to get anywhere especially... more

The Petra Panorama is located on a mountain overlooking the whole valley of Petra. The Rooms are quite old, but clean and the staff makes a great effort to welcome the guests and to let them feel at home. The food was very good (Dinner), but not too much choice at the breakfast buffet. more

great views!

we got to the hotel in the evening, walking through a metal detector and they asked when we would like to have our dinner, which we gave them the time. to get to our rooms, it was like a treasure hunt - i was on the second floor, so i actually had to take the lift "down" and went through... more

We were on a tour and our 2 nights' stay at Petra was changed to this hotel. Positives: Room was OK but no safe. Huge balcony with great view but much too cold and windy to spend any time on it. Food OK. Negatives: 2 smelly lifts to go down to our room along very bleak and, again smelly, corridors.... more

Just came back from our Jordan trip and stayed 1 night at this hotel. We thought it was very nice, rooms are a good size and the furnishing were just fine. Food was pretty good, just about as good as any other hotel we stayed at. Don't hesitate to stay, place is clean and bathrooms are fine. We stayed at a hotel in... more

I only stayed here 1 night so that I could go to Petra the next day... but I was glad it was only 1 night to be honest, especially compared to the great place I stayed in Amman. The rooms were really dated. The bathroom had chipped tiles and looked really average. The restaurant was also average - I only... more

Hello I stayed here for two nights on May 2008. Splendid hotel, with very comfortable and quiet bed rooms . Pleasant restaurant . Beautiful swimming pool .Friendly staff. But the best of everything is the amazing, wonderful panorama in front of the hotel . From your bed you can appreciate the "rifts " and mounts facing the hotel . The... more
