“Lovely hotel - FANTASTIC location”

Reception was an absolute mad house at check in with a huge tour group ahead of us. The friendly staff handled the rush efficiently and checked us in quickly. Our room was very nice and clean. There was fresh fruit provided which was a nice touch though I wish it was restocked each day. The rooftop pool area was lovely... More

“Good value for money”

I spent one night there during my visit to Petra , the location is perfect , very close to the entrance of Petra . The staff are helpful and friendly , very good value for money as 4* hotel highly recommended .

“great spot great food great staff”

June 13 stayed 3 nights, staff were always help full and friendly. The buffet was amazing so much food even when not many people there. The room taste full and clean, good shower firm bed and a nice view. Also close to entrance to old city. Would recommend for all travellers

“Nice place to stay in Petra.”

Nice medium size hotel in Petra. Lovely rooftop pool. Great place to relax after long hot day exploring. Very much appreciated the free fast wifi and the warm and friendly staff. Our tour included breakfast and lunch, which ere adequate .

“Petra Moon Hotel is Great”

We stayed at the Petra Moon Hotel and all the reviews we had read were accurate. The place was clean and modern-and located right near the entrance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. It was worth every penny and we would stay there again.

“Great location but some issues”

Based on the reviews I thought this was going to be a great hotel. Yes it was steps from Petra’s entrance. (We arrived about 4:30pm) check-in was fine, they upgraded our room and gave us one key to open the door. Like most hotels you have to put the key in a slot in the room to run the light... More

“Three days in Petra made great by this hotel”

We had a great time touring the Petra park, then Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea, and the hotel staff made this easier by organising everything for us, providing car transport up to the village to collect Western union funds, entertaining us with omelette flipping lessons at breakfast and otherwise making it all work for us. “Value for Money is the only reason for excellent rating”

Its an average 3 star hotel, dont expect fancy rooms or bathrooms. Lobby is small, and hotel is up on the hill. Just chose this hotel based on TA reviews and ofcourse the price. “Can't beat the price”

Petra Moon Hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel itself is a bit rundown, but for the price you can't beat it. Location is great. Very close to Petra entrance. I might try Movenpick if I were to do it again.
