I booked a Jacuzzi room for myself and my two young granddaughters since they had never stayed in a motel or used a jacuzzi before. We went to the first room and unpacked and filled the jacuzzi up and it didnt work. I called the front desk and they switched us to another room. Same thing happened. Jacuzzi didnt work. The front office then offered us another room that was a plain jane room, no jacuzzi, no fridge or microwave. We had brought snacks and drinks and needed some ice. We took out ice bucket to the ice machine to get some ice and the tray that you set the bucket on was absolutely filthy with a green slime on it. At that point I returned to the office and told them we were checking out. With all the room switching we were probably there a few hours and the office still charged me for the stay.... So, keep looking for another motel..
