We arrived late on a Friday night. At first everything seemed ok except that the sleeper bed really needed the mattress to be replaced, but once we got an air bed in there the kiddos were fine. When we woke up the next morning, my husband and I noticed a large yellowish stain and lots of little black hairs on the sheets near the foot of the bed. We left it uncovered so that house keeping would see it and went on our way. When we came back the bed had been made, but the sheets were not changed. My husband asked a housekeeper for a clean sheet, which was brought, but when I tried to put it on it was too small so then I had to go down to the front desk (since housekeeping had went home) and got a clean set that I put on. On Sunday morning as we were getting ready to leave, our son had lost his shoe(which we never found) and we went looking everywhere for it.
