Our party booked 6 rooms. The first room I was directed to had spiders in the bathtub, powder the bathroom floor from the previous occupants where the floor had not been swept or mopped. The room had a stench. Upon investigating, the refrigerator (which didn't work) had a tray under the freezer section full of molded water. The furniture was all deeply stained. When I complained about the room, I was amazed that the people that ran the motel thought it was perfectly acceptable room. I did finally get my room changed. The floor was still dirty; the loveseat has so many stains on it, we were afraid to sit on it. We had to clean the mirror and the TV before we could see anything. A cabinet would not stay shut. The phone was missing the face plate. The lights at the entry didn't work; we had to cross the room into the kitchen area to turn on lights. The air quit working.
