I'd have to disagree with one of the more recent reviews, I actually like the location of the hotel. I-540 puts you within 5-10 minutes of nearly anything in Fayetteville (and University of Arkansas athletic events), Springdale, and the newer shopping facilities in Rogers. This hotel is owned by a company that owns many Embassy Suites and it has the same look in the lobby area with a central atrium. The public spaces are very attractive and appear to be recently updated and well maintained. We had a business meeting here and the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Myself and family members are making plans to attend the Ark and Auburn football game (Oct 13th) and reserved 4 rooms. This Holiday Inn offers spacious suites, a nice atrium similar to the Embassy look, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would pick this over any hotel in the area. more

This is a very decent, new-ish Holdiay Inn, better than I usually expect from this chain. It has a spacious center atrium, a nice lounge area, and a sports bar (if you need it.)
