We booked this room through Hampton Inn at a "pay in advance" rate of $67/night. We were upgraded to a King Suite and the room was excellent. the hotel looks new or else it is maintained wonderfully. When I checked into the hotel they actually upgraded me to a suite. I was disappointed that I was only staying one night and didn't have anyone to enjoy the suite with me. You can tell a good hotel the minute you walk in, and this one is a keeper. It is obvious the manager is proactive here. Can't say enough about the staff. Thank You !! more

Got this property for $40 plus tax on Priceline (its rated a 2-star). In actuality its closer to 2 1/2 star or better. Friendly staff, really comfortable beds, and great location close to everything in town. There are lots of restaurants, golf, and even a new Minor League Baseball affiliate of the Royals moving in within a couple of miles.... more
