We spend 2 nights in the guest house. A very charming family is running it. It is very clean, new bed sheets, clean bathroom, witch is not the case every where in hampi ( low tariffs of other guesthouse includes dirty bed sheets and fleas)

We stayed for 3 days there. Rooms are big, clean, free wifi ( works not always) , hot water not always, but hampi is hot so this is not a problem. The owners do not live there so if you have a problem you have to wait. Checkout is pretty early and late checkout very expensive, almost the full price.... More

We stayed here for two nights. The owner/manager is a lady who is usually very helpful.. We paid 1300/night for AC rooms .. but i guess the rates are more of a demand supply issue.. Good room for money .Here don't think of money think of good SLEEP,CLEANLINESS,KINDLINESS in SERVICE and else.FREE WIFI ,Toilet paper,soap,water for FREE .WATER is FREE for FIRST day . beautiful view on upstairs .u can also enjoy sunset and sunrise .breakfast is available at good price .tea coffee with reasonable and good service.

The booking was made over internet followed by telephonic discussions. The impression given was that of a professionally managed guest house. The price quoted was Rs. 1500/- per room. The reality was, however, different. There is no riverside view. The amenities provided are different from that shown on internet or told over telephone.

i was there expecting nothing, but what i found was way above my expectation. It has a great river and temple view which makes you experience the great heritage of Hampi. Rooms are very clean and services is great. excellent value for money.
